Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 20% off your total wedding balance is required at time of booking.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding this deposit is non-refundable.
If you decide to postpone your wedding we will hold the deposit until your wedding goes ahead.
Once the deposit has been paid your quote will be emailed to you within 1 week.
Deposits can be paid via Bank Transfer only.
Our account details will be shown on your wedding booking below your total amount.
Your wedding will be booked once the deposit has been received.
Quotation and Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Final payment’s are to be paid 7 days before your wedding date.
Your final balance can be paid via BACS or cash.
If you’d prefer to pay by cash this will also need to be paid 7 days before your wedding date.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
If in the unfortunate event your wedding is cancelled please inform us via email 3 months before your wedding date, if notice has not been given we remain the right to be paid in full.
If your wedding is cancelled before the 3 months no further payment will be required.
Please note deposits are non refundable.
Photographs and Privacy
Photos are usually captured on the event, we will always ask the client for consent before capturing.
Photographs of the bride will not be posted on any social media site until after your wedding day or until we are advised by the bride of a suitable time/day to.
Photos may be used for promotional purposes, if for any reason you would not like to be featured please mention this to Gemma or Charlotte upon booking to meet with your request.
COVOID-19 (CORONA VIRUS)
If your wedding has been effected by corona virus please be reassured we will do our upmost to get your wedding rebooked with us for your next suitable date, we really sympathise with you in this difficult time.
In regards to payment trials and deposits will not be refunded due to our normal T&C’s.
If your wedding needs to be post posted due to the effect of Corona virus there are these terms and conditions regarding payments in place.
– A payment of 30% will be required 7 days before your original wedding date. This 30% cut will be deducted from the total cost of your payment from the day.
– The rest of the outstanding amount will be required 7 days before your new wedding day.
If you have already paid for your wedding day in full, I am afraid no refunds can be given but your wedding will be transferable to a new date free of charge, no extra cost will be involved.
If your wedding is still going ahead, this is great news.
Please be reassured we will not be cancelling any weddings on our behalf HOWEVER please, please, let us know if yourself or a family member have any flu like symptoms, cough, fever or runny nose or generally feeling unwell as myself and charlotte will not be able to offer any services to this person.
Gemma is currently pregnant and at higher risk of catching virus’s and infections so we are doing our upmost to not only keep our clients safe but also ourselves.
Our clients safety is much important to us and are going beyond hygiene measures at this time.

We NEED information about you I.e your name, contact number, address, email address and any allergies – Purely to make sure the treatment is suitable for you.
Your contact number and email address will be needed to get in contact with you regarding your forthcoming appointments with us.
Your address will be needed as we are freelance business.
Please do not feel you have to give us your personal details but we have to ask for legal reasons and contractual purpose. If you decide not to share your information with us unfortunately we can not assist you on your big day.
We will retain your information SAFELY and PRIVATELY for 1 year after the date of Your wedding day, presuming that is the last date we would have seen you
Although if you’d like us to delete information about you sooner, you can inform us to do so any time.
All of your information is stored on our secure online booking system and as for paper – this is stored in a deposit box away from any prying eyes.
Please note – Your information would never be shared outside of Célfie.
