Step by Step process of booking with us for your wedding day:
- Enquire with us via email.
- If Gemma is unavailable, we will check with our team of their avilability.
- We will notify you with availability from our team and check if you are still interested in receiving more information for the hair or makeup artist available.
- A quote including information on how to secure us will be emailed to you.
- You notify us of confirming booking or declining quote.
- If you’d like to confirm booking a quote will be resent to you including information on how to secure us.
- A booking fee will be paid and once complete we ask you to notify us of payment.
- Once payment has been received your information will be passed to the stylist and a contract will be sent to you. (we ask you sign your contract and return as soon as possible).
- Contract has been received via email.
- Your booking form & morning schedule will now be sent out to you via email, if you have booked with a member of our team your hair/makeup artist will be copied into this email where you can discuss dates for your bridal hair/makeup trial.
The personal information we will require from you –
Full Name, Address, Contact number, Email address, Signed and Dated. Thankyou.
A Booking Fee of 20% off your total wedding balance is required at the time of booking.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding this Booking fee is non-refundable.
If you decide to postpone your wedding, we will hold the fee until your wedding goes ahead. Booking fees can be paid by Bank Transfer only.
Our account details are shown on your Wedding booking that has been sent to you via email.
Your wedding will be booked with us once the Booking fee has been received.
Quotation and Payment
Your wedding will be confirmed in our stylists diary once your booking fee has been paid.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Final payment is to be paid by bank transfer 7 days before your wedding day.
If your payment has failed to reach us in this time a late payment fee of £6 per day may be charged.
If we are not paid 72 hours before your wedding morning, we remain the right to withdraw from this contract and cancel your booking.
Your final balance can be paid via Bank Transfer.
Cheques and cash on the day are not accepted.
In the unfortunate event your wedding is cancelled, please inform us via email 3 months before your wedding date, if notice has not been given, we remain the right to be paid in full. If your wedding is cancelled before the 3 months no further payment will be required.
Please note Booking fees and Trials are non-refundable.
If we are not informed of your wedding cancelation within the notice time, and payment has not been received on the due date. Please note that we will proceed with a county court claim against the person who is liable for the booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late, please do let us know we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you are undecided with your style and are running over the appointment time, we may need to reschedule a new trial appointment or £25 per hour will be charged to your booking. We ask for 50% of your trial payment as a booking fee.
This payment is taken at the time of your booking.
If you’re running late on your appointment and we have to reschedule please note the trial cost can NOT be transferred to a new booking.
We have a 48hr cancelation policy in place.
Full payment is required cancelling within this time.
Please note: When booking with a member of our pro artistry team location for your trial appointment may vary. Please check with Gemma or your stylist where your appointment will be held, thankyou.
If in the unfortunate event your stylist is unwell morning of your wedding, we (as a team) will do our upmost to find a replacement stylist. If we are unable to source this, a refund of the costs of all hair and makeup for the day plus mileage fees will be refunded back to you. However due to no fault of each party trial costs and deposit payment will be non-refundable.
Morning of your Wedding
We are so excited and feel honoured to be a part of your wedding morning and as experienced bridal stylists we completely understand things may not run exactly to schedule however we do try to stick to a timetable on the morning. We really appreciate it if the party can be made aware of the timings to help the morning run smoothly and have our Bride/Bride’s stress free on their big day.
We are a team of stylists who work around our families and finishing times we need to stick to. Thankyou.
If you’d like your Hair/Makeup artist to stay for an additional hour for the put on of your veil once you’re in your dress, this will be an additional charge of £30.
Changes to your booking
If you require changes to your booking (adding a new person or changing a person to another service) and our prices have increased the person of whom you have changed will be updated to our new prices.
If you are needing to change numbers on your wedding day, we ask you notify of this 3 month prior to your day. Fail to notify us within this time will result in the existing booking total to be paid.
Unsociable Hour Charges – If you require us to arrive for your wedding morning before 6am a charge of £30ph per stylist will be charged. If you Require us to arrive at your venue from 4am £60 per stylist will be charged.
If your wedding day falls on a bank holiday, £30 per stylist would be applied to your booking. If you require us to move venues on your morning a charge of £20 per stylist would be applied. 5 miles are included. Additional mileage is applicable will be added at £1 per mile.
Photographs and Privacy
Photographs may be taken of hair and makeup unless advised otherwise. Photographs will not be posted on any social media site until after your wedding day. Photos may be used for promotional purposes, if for any reason you would not like to be featured, please mention this to Gemma upon booking to meet with your request.
If you should need to contact Gemma, Please feel free to Whatsapp or email at any time & she will get back to you as quickly as she can.
We NEED information about you I.e your name, contact number, home address, email address and any allergies – Purely to make sure the treatment is suitable for you.
Your contact number and email address will be required for contact purposes.
Your home address will be required in the event of posting documents to you.
Please do not feel you have to give us your personal details but we have to ask for legal reasons and contractual purpose. If you decide not to share your information with us unfortunately we can not assist you on your big day.
We will retain your information SAFELY and PRIVATELY for 1 year after the date of your wedding day, presuming that is the last date we would have seen you. Although if you’d like us to delete information about you sooner, you can inform us to do so any time.
All of your information is stored on our secure online booking system.
